The literal "Kereta api" (Fire wagon) XD

In Indonesia, train is called "Kereta Api" and the literal translation of it is "Fire wagon", and yeah i think this is the word "fire" come from....

Nah that is obviously is a joke, the word "Kereta api" comes from the era of steam engine that literally use fire to move itself

Why this thing happen if you ask, well this thing is happen because the engine is recieving too much fuel and the engine can't burn all the fuel on its chamber, so the remaining fuel burn in the exhaust pipe, it usually happen with the locomotive that has no automatic fuel pump control, and this thing can be triggered when you push the throttle 3 level up in a short time (depends on the locomotive type).
