How did your tinnitus start?

Hello everyone, I used to come here in this subreddit for help about my tinnitus around a year and a half ago when I suddently started having tinnitus, and I am so glad that time has passed. For me, it slowly went away, it took me around 3 years for it to disappear totally. As for me, I got tinnitus because of very loud music for extended periods of times, but now I was curious to know what caused tinnitus for the rest of you guys.
