Watching Let Bartlett Be Bartlett (S1 E19) and Donna says "we're not thinking about making another language the national language, right? Like Dutch or something." This line has always cracked me up because Benjamin Franklin actually did suggest we make our national language Dutch. He also thought our national symbol should be the noble turkey.
