Ok I'm kinda in a hurry rn somebody please answer

In my physics discussion section the instructor asked us how the midterm went. I said "not bad", and for some reason everyone in class just looked daggers at me? They seemed PISSED. The instructor even laughed about it and said "everyone's looking at you". I don't think I was too loud or anything

What should I do, should I apologize or something???
