[task] Looking for Help with Facebook Ad Strategy + Social Media Manager Opportunity

I’m looking for someone to help me develop and optimize my Facebook ad strategy to grow my page and increase engagement. I am also part of the content monetization program, so I’d be open to working out a commission-based arrangement where a social media manager helps run the page in exchange for a percentage of the earnings.

I'm particularly interested in someone who understands ad targeting, budget optimization, and A/B testing to maximize reach and ROI. Ideally, this would be a long-term collaboration where we refine ad strategies and scale the page efficiently.
