glitch that disconnects from data?

I've been having this problem for months now where my phone will randomly disconnect from the wifi and data for a few seconds, and then can take up to a minute to reconnect. I've been able to ignore it but it's been especially bad today with it happened almost two dozen times in about 15 minutes 🙃 I have a Motorola 5g stylus so if anyone can help that would be incredible.
