Quiet Apartment Under $2500?

I am looking for an apartment in JC and would appreciate suggestions as to which apartments are built quiet for peaceful nights. And maybe any neighorbhoods to avoid if I am looking avoid super noisey area?

My budget is under <$2500 for context, no roommates
