First water test with this kit

These are the results on a water test I did for my 10 gallon aquarium (2nd day cycling). I’m very unfamiliar with the cycling process and I’d appreciate it if anyone could give me some feedback or advice on how to proceed. Is my water safe to add fish since there’s already a good amount of nitrate?
