Are you suturing as a tech?

Recently I practiced some suturing with a DVM for fun on a slower day (on a blanket lol). I’m interested in maybe buying some supplies and getting better at it but I’m curious how utilized of a skill that could be. I know it’s not uncommon in ECC (which is my long term goal, currently I’m working in an awkward GP/ER hybrid) for techs to suture NG tubes/urinary caths/etc. How many of you guys are suturing? If so what are you permitted to suture? What state are you practicing in?
