MY BF Cheating on me , is he pedophile ?

I 18F scored 97.6 percentile in jee mains and my bf scored 99.32 . We are droppers , he was a average student and not that much attractive when he proposed me in 11th . I liked his efforts that he was making for me and his humour. But now he has changed a lot cause he is going Gym from last 1 year , his physique is like most guys dream of.and on the other hand earlier I was a slim fit , clean face( no acne) lady but now it's just opposite . he has upgraded himself as a mogger, earlier ppl used to ask him " bhai isse kaise ptaya ",and now the same ppl say him " you deserve better" . Now he is getting a lot of attention from girls. when I asked abt this to him he said "I didn't liked you because of your body, I am Loyal , I want to focus on career", but now he is contradicting himself by dating another girl . and the real catch is she is 14, acording to my sources(her bestfriend) , he is gonna break up with me soon . I don't think he is pedophile like it's jst 4 yrs difference or change my mind [Pls ignore grammatical mistakes, I know my english is bad)
