Peni Parker in 616 fanfiction

Hey so im working on a 616 fix-it Esque fanfiction where Peter and MJ get back together and adopt the Orphaned sole survivor Peni Parker and I need some ideas.

Norman Osborn knows about Peni but doesn't know she is the new heroine SP//DR. Norman intends to make Peter suffer as per Osborn regula MO but I need ideas on how he can use Peni against Peter.
