Why didnt anyone call out the waterfall lie?

Since we already know that geographical knowledge doesnt get blocked by the chip.

Literally one of their wake up questions is to name a state. Then in season 2 we have Gwen Y say that 3 of them guessed they are in Wyoming. So it is safe to say they would be able to name the Niagara falls at the very least. But none of them protest against this clearly dumb lie at all. So why didnt anyone say anything?
