Upgraded my cpu, motherboard, and ram but now my screen occasionally turns black for 1-2 seconds then goes back on. Did i break something?

I checked online and it says it could be my gpu but i didn’t change my gpu? I have had it for 3 years

Did i not seat it correctly? Should i take it out and put it back?

I have a ryzen 7 7800x3d and a 3080. My power supply is 800 watts so i dont think its that but idk
