Has the game just died out at this point?

With all the lack of attention the game gets now, and the lack of content (both on social media and in game), is the game just going to be one of those things where it fades into obscurity which in about 10 years there will be YouTubers like sunnyV2 making videos Like “What happened to Yandere Simulator”.

If it weren’t for this sub randomly popping up in my Reddit feed every couple of months I think I would’ve forgotten about it, especially seeing as all the YouTubers who brought attention to it (Razzbowski, KubzScouts, ect, ect) have all left it to rot away in their channel history.

When do you think Alex will eventually realise that the horse is dead, that people aren’t coming back (including his VAs which carried the game) and that his almost decade in the spotlight is fully behind him and he will never get it back because he was a terrible person.
