Is this rod knock?
2013 chevy silverado, 5.3L v8. 135,500 on it.
Would an exhaust leak make that noise?
When facing the engine bay it’s on the left side, hasn’t always made that noise.
Did plugs last summer, no issues after. This started maybe a month or two ago.
