No Reply from Recruiter. No hope na ba?

Hi! Fresh grad here. Nagsign up ako sa isang beauty company, along with my friends, for a graphic designer position. Halos sabay sabay kami nag interview, art test, and submit ng reqs. Nagsara yung job posting the week after we submitted.

Later that week, binalikan ng recruiter mga friends ko telling them they didn't get the job. While ako, wala pang email so i was thinking baka nashortlist ako. However, upon checking their website, nakita ko na inopen nila ulit yung job posting with the same position.

I gave it another week kasi baka ie'email nila ko eventually pero wala talaga. Ok naman if di ako natanggap (tho syempre mas ok na tanggap) pero sana I had an email din about it. (Plot twist: tinakbuhan nila mga designs ko na sinubmit ko sa art test nila eme hahah)

Other things to note:

• Natanggap naman ni recruiter yung submissions ko. She confirmed it through email
• Recruiter explained naman the process of applying for this job. Sinabi niya naman mage'email sila if pasado or not
• Don't know if this'll change anything pero recruiter said she was impressed with my interview & portfolio (pero feel ko sinasabi naman niya 'to to everyone HAHA)
