around 1980s, after doing Btech. from IITs, there were very less people who truly wanted to become teacher. Most of the Teachers became teachers accidentally. Even the OG Bansal Sir started teaching after his muscular dystrophy disease and on the recommendation of one of his friend. and these accidental teachers turned out to be Gems. But now literally everyone is becoming a teacher.
