M.Tech CSE to HFTs

Do HFT firms allow M.Tech CSE students to sit in intern or placement for their Quant roles or SWE roles now ?

I heard (but can't confirm that one of the M.Tech IIT Delhi CSE student was selected for Graviton winter internship this year. I'm not sure if thia is entirely true or not, but if it is is it a regular thing or just once in a while rarest scenarios.

I am a '21 grad from IITD. Used to live in Karakoram hostel. Have plans to get back for M.Tech next year.
