Question about Ingredients

So I completed chapter 5 not to long ago but I seen that theses some ingredients that I don’t have but everyone else has them?? I seen them on TikTok but I don’t have them?? It’s like this black ingredient that looks like a rock with yellow/gold accents and I think tofu, I’m not sure but do I have to pay to get those or does the game just give them to me??
