Stain remover/treatment for blowouts [on]

Baby started daycare and is having blowouts now.

Looking for recommendations on best stain remover or treatment for the poop clothes they send home for us, we don’t have the option to treat right away, it could be hours. If I’m too optimistic and the clothes are ruined please let me know that also lol
